First Day of Summer Break!

Friday was our first official day of summer break. It was great to know that Graham would be enjoying it with us this summer. He will be doing some painting but we are able to do a whole lot more as a family this summer than ever before:)

So...to celebrate our first day off, we had plans with Andy, Alyssa and Emma to go out on their boat for the day but the flooded river had different plans for us. We couldn't get the boat into the water because the docks were all closed so we decided to do a picnic at the Chudzick's house and then went swimming in a neighborhood pool close by:) We had a great time hanging out with them and can't wait for lots of pool dates at Phillips Park!

We continued the celebration in the evening at Kerri & Jamie's house for a barbecue with Craig and Miranda and all the kids. Thanks Kerri for inviting us, we had a great time. It was nice to chill out!
