This year we were excited to get the chance to go out to Dubuque, IA to spend Thanksgiving with Graham's family on the dairy farm. We usually go out there the weekend before Thanksgiving which makes it easy for us on the actual holiday. This year Graham's parents came into town so the whole crew drove out there together. This was also the first year that Payton fed a bottle to the calves without crying! He loved looking at the cows, making a craft with me and shooting the paintball gun. When the boys went paint balling Payton was pretty upset that he was not big enough to go with. He kept telling me it was not fair and that being little was no fun! Ha, luckily Graham's Aunt Twila had some toys from when her kids were little which really came in handy for Payton and Emma. We had a great time as usual and are looking forward to seeing everyone again next year.

On Thanksgiving we went to my parents with my sister and her family. The kids had fun playing as usual and we had a yummy dinner. When we got home, Graham went to take a nap since he was going to be getting up at 2am to go stand in line at Sears for a HDTV. Luckily, I read the fine print on Sears website and noticed that they were starting their black Friday deals Thanksgiving night at 8pm online only. We waited til about 8:15 and low and behold the TV was listed for the same price that Graham was going to go get it for so we bought it. Not only did we have the TV but Graham didn't have to go stand in the cold. Neither of us went out this morning to shop which was weird but we did venture out later in the day to take Payton to browse and make a Christmas list. He had a blast and the list is LONG!!

What!? A paintball gun?! You'll shoot your eye out!

LOVE the chair! My suggestion is to keep it. The furniture looks great! You'll have to ask Andrew about his adventure trying to get his TV at walmart....not pretty. Just glad I wasn't there to witness it :)
