I had a great Mother's Day this year and the nice weather definitely helped! The day started out with the Run Like A Mother 5k. I knew I would not be able to run the whole thing so I wasn't terribly dissapointed with my race. I did have to walk a little but ended up doing better than I thought. It was fun regardless! Graham and the boys came to watch and then they brought me home Starbucks and a card with a promise to help me pick out flowers for the front pots. Graham made a fantastic brunch, which Tom helped with and my parents and sister's family all came over. We ate, took the kids to park and played a lot! When they all left, the four of us went to the Washington St. path and took a walk while Payton rode his bike. It was so nice out and the walk was a great way to end the day!
