Last weekend Graham and I took Payton on his first train ride into the city. He loved it on the way there! It was so cute because he asked questions about everything in the train the entire ride there, which thankfully was an express route:) When we got into the city we walked down Michigan Ave and had lunch. From there we crossed over to Lake Shore Drive and went down to the Shedd Aquarium. One of the perks of being a teacher is that we get into ALL of the Chicago museums for free and the guy who checked us in even let Payton in for free so it was a great day. Payton loves fish, dolphins and just about anything in the ocean so he had a blast. The renovations they were working on last year was all done so we spent a lot of time in the basement checking out the penguins, dolphins and all of the kid centers. Unfortunately, you can't take pics with the flash on so the pictures are pretty bad, sorry!
