We were so fortunate to have such great weather this year for spring break. On Saturday my friend, Melissa, invited us to go to a pancake breakfast with the Easter Bunny and an Easter egg hunt. The boys all had a great time and Payton even sat near the bunny for a picture as long as Daddy went with him:) After the breakfast Melissa offered to have Payton over for the day and then for a sleepover. It was his first "friend" sleepover and boy did he have fun! He was the last to fall asleep and the first to wake up at 5:30!! Yikes! Now he thinks that every time he has a playdate, he will also have a sleepover.

On Sunday, I picked up Payton and we went to the city to have lunch with my friends Emily and Jen, and Jen's baby Katelyn. Jen, Lee and Katelyn were moving to Michigan and Payton just had to meet baby Katelyn before she moved and I had to get in some more cuddling too:) It's always hard to see them move:(

On Monday, we went to a friend of Payton's from preschool. Payton and his friend had a great time playing outside of school and it was fun for me to meet some new moms. After his friend's house we just hung around outside and cleaned up the yard a bit.

On Tuesday, Graham and his friend across the street took the kids to the zoo while I had to get a filling replaced at the dentist. When they got back Payton had his last swimming class and then we went to downtown Naperville to feed the ducks.

Today we went to a park in Downers Grove with our playgroup and had a picnic lunch with them. We had just enough time to come home for a quick rest before heading to a park near our house to meet up with Becky, Mia, Emily, Francesca and Oliver. I am so tired from being outside all day but I am loving it! Tomorrow we leave for Grizzly Jacks for some relaxing time before going back to work.
