This is exactly what Graham said when he walked into Payton's room on Friday morning just before leaving for work! When he walked into the room, Payton had his pajamas completely off and he was holding his diaper saying, "mess Daddy". Yup, you guessed it....He was holding a poopy diaper that he had taken off himself and managed to smear all over his legs and the top of the crib!! He was a mess alright;) After a quick tubby he was "all better" coming from the words of Payton.
The funny thing is that it didn't even phase him to have the poop on him, he just didn't want that poopy diaper on anymore. If only he would sit on the potty more consistently he would learn that he doesn't have to wear those icky diapers anymore. Oh well, the positive thing is that he can undress himself now:)

Make sure you put that one down in his baby book - he'll LOVE that when he gets older. :)

Like Father, like Son. The "G" man did the exact same trick only it was after I left the dirty D in his crib.
Fortunately for me I had left for work and Cyndee had to do the clean-up.
