On Sunday, February 22nd was Payton's third birthday! I can't believe it has been three years since the day he was born. I can't believe how much he has grown and changed. He chose to have a Diego themed party and boy did he get just that. We just did a family party again this year, which is so much less stressful for us all. He enjoyed having his cousins to play with and enjoyed all of the attention on him for a day. Thank you to everyone that came and helped us celebrate.

At the age of three Payton has quite the personality. He is such a ham and will for sure be a class clown! He enjoys being silly and making everyone laugh. At the same time, he can be very opinionated and knows exactly what he wants and doesn't want. This side of him usually comes out when he is suppose to be eating. I say "suppose to" because Payton has never been a great eater. He had acid reflux as a baby and was not really into baby food for a while. Now as a toddler he is not only picky, which I know is normal, but he also has a sensitive gag reflex which causes him to gag on some foods, which I think disinterests him in eating all together. I know he gets enough food since he is by no means too thin but it would be nice to see him not have trouble eating. I am hoping this is something he will eventually grow out of.

Payton loves football (go figure) and always wants to play in the house. I can't wait for some warmer weather so we can get these outside toys back outside;) He also loves to play with his hot wheels cars and dinosaurs. He is such a snuggler when watching TV or when laying in bed, otherwise he is on the go all day!
