My high school friends and I have made it a point to go out to breakfast with the kids every now and then to keep in touch. Fortunately through Facebook, we have reconnected with a few other HS friends and been able to all get together. As our group has gotten bigger it is much harder to meet at a restaurant and have any kind of conversation with all of the kids so my friend Julie graciously offered to host us all at her house this morning for breakfast. It was so nice to relax and talk while the kids played. Way better than the restaurant! Hopefully this will be our new tradition:) I am so lucky to have such great friends!!
